Carols

Have you started listening to Christmas music yet? I have! It’s comforting to hear the old songs I’ve listened to every year as far as I can remember, and I love hearing the Christmas albums of new bands I’ve discovered. But a lot of times, I might hear the song, but not listen to the words. Those words declare the most powerful truth in the world – Jesus came to us as an innocent, vulnerable being to save anyone who would believe. So this holiday season, I encourage you to contemplate the words of the carols, old and new, and thank Jesus for what He did.

For the son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost. -Luke 19:10, KJV
