And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants. – Luke 12:38, KJV
This was another verse that struck me during my parable study. Sometimes it feels like the third watch for this earth, doesn’t it? (The second and third watches in Jewish culture were from about 10 p.m. to sunrise.) Jesus could come any time now. He could come before this post is even published.
And just as I was saying last week, speaking to myself as much as anybody, we need to be watchful servants. We want the master to return and be pleased with our work here! I want to be counted among those faithful, blessed servants described in this week’s verse.
So live life to the fullest for Jesus! Be a person who just radiates Jesus without saying a word. Do well the task Jesus gives you now, and you will be rewarded when he returns.
Are you ready for Jesus’ return? If not, please learn how to be. ☺
Such a good reminder to live every moment in readiness for his return. I need that on those tired or stressful days!

What a great reminder, Shae! God could come back at any minute. We must continue life to fullest of Christ and glorify Him in all of our actions. He’s always near and watching. We must reflect Christ in our day-to-day life! 😊❤
